This is me. In green. In front of the camera for a change with the lovely Jim. We have three boys, all growing rapidly, now giving us their hand-me-downs. (I now have a growing collection of hoodies.)

These photos were taken a few years ago but reminds of the day their shoes weren't the size of boats and I didn't have to stand a chair to test their temperatures.

Arthur (now 14, loves sport, cars, films and burgers), Oscar ( 13, loves football, Tottenham and steak) and Hector (11, anything related to technology floats his boat. Aged 4, ordered himself a PS4 from Amazon without me knowing. Needless to say it went back.) Also here is B, our faithful, hairy hound who used to love courgettes but ate so many he now can't stand them. He's sticking to cucumbers from now on. I used to work in PR. Now I photograph - pretty much exclusively people, because that's what I like to do.

When I'm not doing that, I like to be outside. In particular, I like to swim.

At the moment, I'm on my fourth year of swimming in the sea in every season. This year's challenge is to continue doing it without a wetsuit. I think it's the madness of it that's the most appealing thing. That, and the chat and hot chocolate afterwards.

My swimming highlight is swimming around the Isles of Scilly. If you like that kind of thing, I cannot recommend it highly enough.
